By browsing our site, submitting an application for an internal or external course, or signing up as a sponsor or community member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Participation in YiDiF programs is subject to eligibility verification and capacity limits:

• Application Accuracy: Information provided in your application form must be true, accurate, and complete. Submitting false credentials will result in immediate disqualification.
• Selection & Admission: Admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of the YiDiF admissions board and sponsoring ecosystem partners.
• Attendance & Completion: Certified cohorts require minimum 80% class attendance and satisfactory completion of practical assignments to earn certification.

All intellectual property rights in the educational content, course materials, lectures, curriculum designs, logos, and graphics belong exclusively to YiDiF and its licensors:

• Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for learning purposes only.
• You may not record, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercialize any course lectures or proprietary materials without prior written consent from YiDiF.

Scholarships and subsidized seats provided by ecosystem sponsors are bound by specific commitments:

• Sponsored seats cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into financial cash equivalents.
• Unexcused failure to complete a sponsored course may forfeit future eligibility for sponsored tracks across the YiDiF network.
